"Honestly, I love some of the girls here and that's the only reason they get more than 1 star. But I keep ending up with the girl named Lily who not only does not give what asked, but will argue and tell me I'm wrong. I've come home today with nails that are still dirty from being dipped and without the full manicure I've asked for. I asked for a specific thing and reminded her that I wanted the full manicure with the pushing down of nail beds and cuticle clipping and when reminded not the first, but the THIRD time, I was told she had already done it, and then told it's not something she does. Very unhappy. Very unpleased. Would recommend anyone BUT Lily."
