"Approximately 10 months ago, I wrote a VERY positive review of Glamour Nails. Unfortunately, I returned this past weekend and the experience was awful, incredibly disappointing. A young gentleman did my pedicure and 'dipped' manicure. Simply stated, he was just 'going through the motions.' He took no pride in his work, didn't remove my cuticles, and essentially cared less about how well (or poor) my nails looked. Additionally, at one point he got out his phone and had a 5 minute conversation while doing my manicure. I won't go back, I can't risk spending $85 on substandard work."
