"I've gone to Glamour Nails since I was in high school. I graduated in 2004. I understand everyone has a bad day. The straw that broke the camels back was when $93 was taken off my card for a $27 service and the owner, Ann told me I was asking too much when I asked her for gift certificate to compensate for the financial inconvenience due to her employee carelessly act. I told Ann that a free polish or a $5 gift card would compensate for the negligent mishap. Ann told me I was asking too much & that it was the banks fault for refunding her employees negligent mishap. The first incident was when Ann dropped wax in my eye doing an eyebrow wax. I told her thanks for her free services in the back and in private. Why would she charge me after that??? She waited until I got to the door and yelled out loud, 'girl, you got pay'..."
