"I've tried this salon 3 times. They are just too fast for my taste - in a surrounding area where regular pedicures are around $20, this place is on the higher end. For that, I'd expect a technician who is focused on solely my pedicure and not just getting me out of the chair.With that said, this place is very busy and the staff are nice enough. It's just too overpriced for the level of experience I'd expect and to get a leg 'massage' for 2 minutes. If you're looking for a clean and fast place - this is it.Sometimes they don't greet you, and that is simple customer service 101 for me - I get that it's busy but I would at least expect a hello when I walk in. I've also never had been offered a drink while there, so I never got to experience that perk.TLDR; this place is clean and sanitary, the technicians know what they're doing, the service is very quick (to the chair and out the chair within ~25 minutes). A little on the expensive side. Sometimes the customer service is great, other times not so much. Always busy. Really wish I could give a 3.5 score."
