"I have been coming to this nail salon for 4 years. Not because they are good but because they are near my house and at a convenient distance. Every time i go and I get mediocre service. I’ve been returning in hopes that service will improve but it never did. Every year it seems that attention to detail has been getting worse and worse. Every time I have an issue with my nails (the sides aren’t painted properly or they need to be filed) it is either ignored or a quick subpar fix is provided. If I have an actual issue an excuse if given as to why they can’t fix what I asked for. Every time I come it seems like they have a new staff. My last visit I tried to get my nails done. When they were finished I said that the sides of my nails weren’t filed properly that the skin was showing. They needed to be redone. She didn’t have time for so she said to come back the next day. I needed my nails done then so I needed to go to a different salon and have them completely redo it. I am never coming back here again after this terrible service."
