"Made my nails bleed , put 10 coats of polish so my nails are now chunky over charged me for a fill and I asked politely to fix my nails she ignored me severely timed and I told her they over charged and she just stared at me so I did not tip , worst experience I was upset leaving and had to fix my nails on my own"
