"So I normally don’t talk about my experiences at nail salons. But I can’t help but posting about this. Today I went to a nail salon and spent over $70 after the tip for a manicure that I didn’t actually like. I had originally planned on getting my nails and eyebrows done there, however after my nails were finished I didn’t want to ask about my eyebrows. Instead I drove across town to Four Seasons. When I was done with my eyebrows one of the nail technicians was looking at my nails. He asked when I got them done. After I told him they were done 20 minutes ago he offered to redo them. He sat there and listened to what I wanted and completely redid them. I have never been more thankful. On top of that he wouldn’t accept any form of payment for my redo. This was by far my best experience at a nail salon!"
