"I got a mani/pedi here, and the man who did it not only cut me multiple times with cuticle nippers, but didn't apologize or put antiseptic on them. I'm so glad I didn't get an infection. He got callous remover on my ankle and wouldn't wipe it off when i pointed out it was burning me, and it wasn't even worth the pain since my feet were still rough afterwards! He also tried to push back my cuticles without soaking them. He also did zero polish cleanup off my skin afterwards.I was really looking forward to treating myself and left very disappointed."
