"The owner does not value her customers. She is NEVER on time, consistently is at minimum 30 min late. For ever single appt. She spends the entire time on the phone when she's attending to you. What's worse is you can't ever get what you really want done because she's always late an she'll say, I can't today no time maybe next time. . Maybe if you were actually on time to you're appts this wouldn't be an issue. They have the audacity to raise their rates an the quality of work is piss poor. Dave your money an go elsewhere. The owner thinks because she has a lot of clients she can just not care about her customers.. This is very poor customer service. It's not like I'm not already paying an arm an a leg, the least they can do it act like they care and do a decent job."
