"My experience has been very unprofessional and with no knowledge of doing nails. Cold water pedicure that was rushed but, most upsetting was my nails. The gentleman who did my nails gave me a full set that was not shaped or filed correctly I'm very rushed. The acrylic was overlapping my my cuticle. I asked him if he could please shape the nails to my finger, in which he did not like yet made me very uncomfortable while doing so. He proceeded to file (not shape) for 2 seconds each nail then stop.He did not shape the nail to begin with nor file it correctly so it was overlapping and bulging very unevenly. He knew he did a poor job but would never admit to it then when the girls looks they didn't say very much only that it's because of how I wanted them shaped. He made me feel very uncomfortable. I never got angry I never got loud I just simply asked him to please make the nail to fit my finger. Looking at them they look like press on nails. I now have to pay another shop to fix my fingernails- I will never go back there again. $70 down the drain- Another $50+ to fix them!"
