"The pedi was good. Had a gift certificate they wouldn’t honor, even though it said Fancy Nails with phone number. She said she bought the salon 6 mos ago? I think the GC should’ve been honored. She has lost the business of the person who gave it to me and me. And perhaps whoever else thinks she should’ve honored the GC."
