"Really disappointed in this company. I’ve had lash extensions for over 7 years and went here. I paid $100 for a fill and 8 days after many fell out, when I told them they tried to accommodate me back in which I was happy about, but wanted to charge another $55 and insisted that was a discount. I was only asking for a very short fill just to even out the one particular eye that is especially bare before an event I have. They mentioned that other clients aren’t having issues so it must be me as well as blaming allergy season (I don’t have allergies) and the fact that they know I teach zumba once a week. Also blamed me for waiting a week for telling them saying they would have done it for free if I called sooner but how could I when it wasn’t until now that they truly look so bare. Really wanted to like them as the girls are nice but most don’t even have more than a few months of experience. $155 in 10 days is absolutely ridiculous for even the best quality and these are far from. Wouldn’t recommend, very high price tag for the lack of service and quality and completely unwilling to help a client or fix their mistakes. I’m not even one to leave reviews but I felt compelled too. I assume most of their 5 star reviews come from the fact that they offer you $5 off your visit to leave one."
