"I went in wanting to get my nails, toes and eyebrows done. I came in and went straight to a chair. The person who did my toes did a very good job, she didn't take long at all. Then it went downhill from there. It took them at least 40mins to start on my nails. When the lady was doing my nails she couldn't work on my nails for talking. I finally said, come on sweetie I got to go. I ask the lady name Ms. Jackie are they normally that slow. And told her how long it took them to start on my nails. She said we very busy, (which at that time they wasn't). Then she said, u been here before u know how busy we are. I told her no this is my first time and will be my last time bc how slow they are. She preceded to keep talking not apologizing for how long it took. I finally said I will take my money elsewhere. She said u can take ur money elsewhere when u go to the Doc office u have to wait. And then the lady who was doing my nails said, long time do good on nails and fast mess up. I was trying to keep calm no by now I am hot. I told her to finish my nails and I would not be back. And after all of that my fingernails don't look that great."
