"Let me start off by saying that I used to love this place... I used to go every 2 weeks. After today... that probably won’t be the case anymore.Said I wanted me nails a little shorter, not a tremendous amount shorter.. Lee is great at detail but filed away way too much.. also, don’t get the matte top coat because it’s not matte. Hannah told me that if I wanted to complain then I should complain to OPI, not her.Emily acted annoyed when my friend told her she wanted a square/round nail shape. Just lost 2 loyal customers because of attitude."
