"I called the day before to make an appointment for gel polish and was told that they had an appointment available at 10:15. I arrived right around 10:10 to sign in and was told to go wait in a corner where people were waiting for their polish to dry. I had to wait an hour past my scheduled appointment time. The staff was very rushed and not friendly. No one ever acknowledged the wait, and multiple times people who signed in after me were served before me. When I finally was instructed on where to sit the tech was clearly in a hurry and not friendly. When I left the top coat of the gel polish was all over the tips of my fingers and around the skin on the edges of my nails."
