"I don't know why it's so hard to find quality nails. The tech I had was really nice, but my nails are wavy. She also made a nail crooked from filing and blamed my finger. I told her it was from filing too much on that one side and to make it look better because I've never had someone do that before. She complied and it still looks bad, but it's just annoying. If you make mistakes when I'm sitting right in front of you, just fix them so I can pay you. I had dip nails, with tips, and they just look horrible."
