"I've been here several times hoping that maybe I just had one bad experience, unfortunately not. They are rough with filing nails (I actually bled) and they treat you like they don't care, they rush you through everything and are jumping around between multiple people. The gel chips or starts cracking within days of getting it. I often find myself concerned about the way that they sanitize tools, stones (hot stone massage), as well as the general upkeep of the place (broken chairs, messes that don't get cleaned up, overcrowded). One time by accident I left a hair clip at one of the nail stations and a month later I came back with my friend and saw it, it hadn't moved and actually had dust on it. There is a long wait even with an appointment. The final straw was when I realized they were charging me more for services than what they advertise, so make sure you pay close attention at checkout. I would give 0 stars if I could."
