"If I could give this place 0 Stars I will. On their door it says they close at 6 yet the website is saying a different time. Not only that, but when I walked in I was completely ignored and I asked the guy at the desk if it was too late to do a full set of acrylics and the guy at the front desk said 'no we're closed' and started laughing at me and a few ladies doing nails laughed at me and some of their clients laughed as well. I felt humiliated. I said 'well you're door says 6:00, but that's fine' and I left. I asked, because that was the polite thing to do and their laughs was the answer for me, which is I will never return. Note to management, this kind of customer service is NOT what you do, even if you think it's too late, you can politely say no, you do not need to laugh. THE WHOLE SALON LAUGHED AT ME. I AM SITTING IN MY CAR ALMOST IN TEARS THIS WAS SO UNACCEPTABLE. BUYER BEWARE!!"
