"staff is friendly, sure, but they do not listen to you. I watched my wife go in to get her hair dyed blonde, they quoted 183.00, they dyed her hair reddish brown because, I quote, they thought 'blonde was too much of a change for her' so made the decision without consulting her until they already dyed it and used temporary dye that would wash out despite her asking them to NOT to do that to begin with.Then they get the gaul to charge over $200 because they did extra services without even asking if she wanted the treatment. Avoid this place at all costs, they will act nice but not listen to anything you ask and charge you for services you didnt want done because they think they know what you need better than you do, and then try to push more products on you.Save your money, go somewhere else."
