"Bad first impression and experience today. I had two pedicure appointments scheduled for 12p. When we arrived no one offered to greet us, seat us, or do our pedicures. After a few minutes of standing in the front, some one called out asking what I needed which I stated the previously scheduled appointment. They told us to pick a color and point to two chairs. We waited for 10 minutes and no one came to start the foot water and get us started with our pedicure. Very poor customer service. Left without a pedicure and found another shop in town that was friendly, great pedicure."
