"If I could give this place no stars, I would. My sister and I got a full acrylic set done at this salon. The next day, two of my sister's nails fell off. She called this morning to see how much it would cost to fix the nails, and they said $4 per nail, my mom called back to simply ask why the charge was $4 if the nail fell of the next day when it's supposed to stay on longer than that. The woman that answered the phone was very rude and told my mom that she has an accent and that she cant understand a word she said as if she herself doesn't have a heavy accent to where we struggle to understand what she was saying, then proceeded to hang up on the phone. We called back and asked why she hung up the phone, and then she yelled, 'What the hell do you want?' through the phone. We simply replied that we just wanted her to answer the question about the pricing, then she started to yell even more and insulted me and hung up again. We tried calling back, but they never responded. Horrible customer service, and highly recommend to go else where, never going back to them."
