"I would never give this nail shop a ⭐I was referred to the shop just to get a replacement nail and I'm very much disappointed!!I sat there for 5 minutes(Being told I'll get serviced in about 10-15 minutes) to be informed of them not having gel nails but I agreed to solar and to no avail,a woman walks in stating,'I need a redo..I messed up my nails, taking her next(He said she was there earlier...AND???.Am I invisible or is your customer service that bad to neglect the next in line..I asked about whose doing my nails and was told,Yur after her..but I was before her..smh🤔I said explain to me how that works,if she just walked in and I've been waiting and she goes next...(POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT AN ALL TIME LOW)👎The male(new owner)says 'think whatever you want'..No,I'm thinking about writing a review on how you neglect your customers!!And the person that referred me will no longer patronize you....
