"This place is always slammed and sometimes you can a great technician. But trying to make an appt with a specific person is highly unlikely. The owner is extremely rude and seems to take her success for granted. Technicians come and go very quickly from here, which is surprising since they are almost always slammed. I started coming here 4 years ago ( it is very close to my house) but changed to a different salon because I could not make an appt with a specific technician and the owners rudeness."
