"I wish I can give negative stars to this ugly place. this is the 3rd time I get my gel nail manicure but first time at this Elite nail salon. Such a bad decision. First what it looks to be the manager was rude and kept eating pork rinds and on her phone. Then a lady removed the gel.. OMG! she took forever and used a different technique with a electric file. She over did the filing and my nails were hurting so I told her to stop. then another lady took over and finish the removal. I told her how bad the other lady was but she did not understand English as she just smiled at me. I did not trust her either so I told her to just finish the removal and she charged me 25dls. Gosh, I did not want to make a scene about that because it looks like none spoke English or maybe this is the tactic to avoid taking responsibility! after this i cannot do my nails so I will wait for some time as these place ruined my nails by over filing. The manicure was not even good either. I don't know how this place is open as they are terrible!!!! I just wished I read the reviews before coming to this place!!!!!!!!!!"
