"I have come to this salon for a while and am now not going to return. I always have a great experience but not today. My daughter treated me to a pedicure and made us an appointment. They did her pedicure while I sat with my feet in the water for 45 minutes waiting. Once they finished her another person came over to do mine. When we make an appointment together we expect to be done at the same time. If I wanted to wait 45 minutes I could have gone a different day. The girl was very rough and was in a hurry. It only took 20 minutes for my pedicure compared to 40 minutes for my daughter. When we were done the girl insisted she take out payment to the front. Normally this would be fine but they have a rewards system. My daughter would not have gotten her rewards. When she told us he total my daughter questioned it and the lady was very rude. And let me tell you what else happened. My foot brushed he lady’s arm and she acted like I gave her a disease! She wiped her arm down several times and even got out nail polish remover. She scrubbed her arm so hard it turned red. I know there are foot fungi out there but really???? It was a brush of my foot! Anyway I’m over this place and will not be back. Good vibes are gone!!!"
