"I tried this salon for the first time. It's small, but nice. The stylist was 10 minutes late, not a big deal.. I know that is not abnormal for many stylists. I'm used to my hair appointments taking 45 minutes to an hour. This visit from start to finish was 25 minutes. That included a consultation, wash, cut, dry, and style. The stylist spent 5 minutes (if that) on cutting. While I was sitting there, her next client arrived and she was having another stylist help get her started. I hadn't even been with her for 10 minutes, so clearly there was not appropriate time allotted for clients. The bummer part is, the areas she did take time to actually cut came out really good. . I just feel it's incomplete. I feel very conflicted as to whether to return or not. One one hand, if she actually takes the appropriate time to work on my hair it may be great (but are all the visits rushed?) and on the other hand, do I want to return to someone that would not give 100% to a first time client? I'll update review if I go back."
