"Over priced.. The gel color they used was old and wouldn't dry.. I asked them to redo them, or just remove it, I had to leave. They blocked me in so I couldn't leave from the chair at the nail station. I explained I needed to get to the funeral home, I just wanted to pay and leave.. They did not understand English, and several workers started yelling.. .. You no leave! I asked for the bill and said, it's fine, I will come back in a few days if needed to fix them. They continued to block the aisle. I asked for a manager, another lady came out and started yelling.. You not causing me trouble for my job.. It was crazy. I just wanted the bill to pay so I could leave. Finally, the guy working on my nails, said something and they moved away. I told him I just need to go, I can't wait to have my nails redone. He said he was sorry, you come back tomorrow and I will fix. I paid and never returned. Horrible service and lack of understanding and speaking English."
