"Tracy at Elegant Nails is the most down to earth, fun to talk to tech there! Based off that alone I rated a 5 star because she keeps me going back. However; the business as a whole needs some work...especially when it comes to making an appointment. I made an appointment and still waited 35 minutes to be worked on...no fault of Tracy's but the person who does 'the books and scheduling'. Multiple people had appointments and were waiting for a little while before they were worked on as well. If someone makes an appointment that should be priority over someone who did not. People who just walk in need to understand they will be worked on during or after the appointment gets there no matter where the tech is in their process with the walk in. I would rate the overall business 3 stars. But if you want great service and someone fun to talk to who speaks English very well Tracy is your girl!!"
