"My first time at elegant nails was awesome but this time not so much. The lady who did my pedicure was extremely rough and also made me bleed & when she saw that my toe was bleeding she ignored it so I told her she needed to stop and clean it and she literally dipped her gloved hand into the dirty pedicure water and splashed water on my foot and then grabbed a little bottle of green liquid and poured it on my toe. Then when I asked her to file my toe nails she said no they look nice. I also noticed that she completely ignored the fact that the black gel polish I got didn't cure all the way in the lamp and she still went ahead and threw another layer of black on top before finishing the top coat. Once she was done my pedicure I asked her to please file them again and she just slapped the side of my ankles and said okay hunny all done. I definitely will not be returning again."
