"I recently moved back to Missouri City and have been looking for a place to go every two weeks. I thought this was the place however my last visit, I asked for a refill and wanted to replace a nail that cracked. The male nail tech refused to do what I asked and was going to pay for. Instead he filed my name down and applied a top layer. The next day while driving out of town to my family reunion my nail I wanted replaced broke while going into my bag for my wallet. Had he'd done what I asked, I wouldn't have had a broken nail for my family's event. I'm a extreamly loyal customer whom will not be returning."
