"This place is ridiculous! The worst service ever!!I made an appointment for 6 family members. I put down a $50 deposit because it was requested for parties over 5. I was told when we arrive i would receive my $50. Instead i didnt receive my $, they put it in a gift card to wich i HAD to use it at their location. This was a birthday gift for my cousin who was turning 30. I called them letting them know we are running 15 min late because we just finished coming from the zombie escape room game. They told me to hurry! When we arrived, the boss& the receptionist told us we are not allowed to do 2 jobs for 6 ppl anymore(like i requested) because we ran late. They told us we can only do nail polish removal per person and that was it. I never been to an eco salon where customers receive bad customer service& your $ is not refundable."
