"The first time I went there a gentleman provided my service and he was great. I paid for the ultimate and it was very worth it. I came in for the 2nd time for the same service and two ladies rushed me through my ultimate mani and pedi which defeats the “ultimate package”.... The water was cold they talked amongst their selves the whole time which made me feel like an inconvenience to their morning. What a waste of money I could of just got the basic. To top it off they MADE me pay prior to mani due “wet nails”... at which time the receipt has the tip option. I’m sorry but to ask for a tip only a quarter of the way through what should of been at least an hour service is rude. Lastly they didn’t even paint my nails close to cuticle making my nails look already grown out? They had s few other customers and they looked to treat everyone the same. Will boy be returning. If this is how they treat their paying customers when it’s not busy I can’t imag when they are busy."
