"The service at this salon is terrible. I went in for a manicure, fill, and color change on my acrylic and received a rush job. I was serviced with one technician and five minutes later I was then placed w another named Nina. From the very beginning she was not friendly, approached me with an attitude. She sighed, huffed and puffed at my request. She refused to shape my nails the way I asked. Her attempts to accommodate me were non-chanlant. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I was left with lumpy nails, and polish on the sides of my fingers. I used to go to this salon because I live in the harbor. After this experience I will never return."
