"I’ve been there several times in the past 18 months and always been pleased with the service. The gentleman that handles the calls (I don’t want to refer to him as a receptionist as that sounds feminine) speaks Perfect a English, knows how the manicurists work I.e. who is more gentle etc, his appointment scheduling-savvy skills are excellent. I would think that’d be a key factor in maintaining both a satisfied customer base and employee base. My personal favorites are Anne and Kenny. Another important factor is sanitization which I’ve never had reason to question. The autoclave is being kept busy. Their prices are in-line with other salons in the area however near in mind you get what you pay for and I believe one definitely gets their money’s worth there. One additional comment, I travel around our great nation 2 weeks a month and I’ve used other salons from NV to RI without exception prices across the USA really are about the same for a quality salon.Hope this info helps."
