"I’ve been going here for years but my last experience was terrible. I recently received a gel manicure and after two days they started coming off. This has never happened to me before. I went in to get the nails fixed that completely came off. A day later the rest of my nails started coming off. I went in and explained what happened. The lady told me not to peel my nail polish off. Although it started coming off already I wouldn’t have peeled it if it was done correctly. I paid to get my nails done I wouldn’t purposely peel them off. I told her I don’t know if the lady was new I never seen her before and I used a different polish then I normally do. She explained it wasn’t the nail polish and was getting upset. So I told her I’ll pay again but she could tell I was upset at this point. It was less then a week since I got the first manicure. So not only did I have to pay full price for the first manicure but they made me pay again to get the gel redone on my nails. I have recommended this place to many people and I won’t be returning after this experience."
