"The worst customer service! I went in to get nails done my nails looked terrible. I mentioned it to the young lady who usually does my nails and she said no problem i have fix them for you but i cant today because i am very busy. She said, leave your # and i will call you so you can come in. She never called me back. So i waited and went in that monday afternoon because i assumed that they were to busy. The guy(the one who messed up my nails) asked me if i wanted to keep the same color because it was to light to pick another color. So i did, then of course my toes had to also be switched and repainted to the same color. They didn't have the gel color in regular nail polish so Tina pressured me to get gel on my toes to match the new color they put on my nails. Come to find out when im leaving these money hungry people made me repay them for the new color even after they messed up my first color days before and told me to come in to fix it. I was supposed to come in to fix the terrible work they did days before, not to come in and have to repay for something that was clearly their fault!"
