"Going here for a year, every other month. I usually get sns (dip) solid color. Decided to do something different. Bad idea. Still did sns (dip) but I did clear with a colorful tip. They started lifting at the cuticle less than a week. I went back a guy put nail glue around the cuticle, filed it down and put a gel nail Polish on top. Two days later I have the above mess, both pointer nails look the same. I go back in the lady called a man on the phone he told me'I already fix, you leave' I wasn't upset or yelling, I just asked for my nails to be fixed decent. He apparently doesn't value his customers. The lady told me she would fix the for $35. I told her I just paid $60 last week. I politely told them they just lost a customer. Its convient location but customer service means a lot especially when I go all the time and they can clearly see they messed up my nails.oh well, hope you don't waste your money here."
