"Had an appointment for 5:30 didn't get attended to until I decided to leave around 6:30. Customers would walk in and no one from reception would greet them so the customers left. Workers walked around with no sense of urgency, either on their phones or talking to other workers. Overall this salon deserves 1 star, however I gave it two because the woman who finally attended to me after an hour was very nice (despite the fact that she charged me $10 for a coffin shape). Will only come back to this salon if I'm desperate."
