"Today I have decided that I will no longer be going to Diamond Nails because I was a faithful customer for 4 yesrs and today they gave me a fill in and I was up next for a pedicure and they didn't do my pedicure because they didn't want the other customers that came in after me to leave and they lose money becuase they were short 2 of their staff which wasn't my fault so they put the people that came in after me in the chairs and told me to come back the next day... After I had already told Lisa that I needed everything the same day because I had things to do the next day and she said her staff told her THEY WERE NOT GOING TO DO MY FEET AND THEY DIDNT CARE IF SHE FIRED THEM BECAUSE I NEEDED TO WAIT so they wouldnt lose cutomers after I had been there for 3 hours and they were not busy but because they didn't want to make the customers that came in after me wait again so they wouldn't lose money but instead they wanted me a faithful customer to leave wait another 2 hours and come back then Lisa pulled me outside trying to convince me to wait because they were busy and didnt want to lose money or customer s.... So as of today I will not be going back to Diamond Nails..."
