"Their customer services has gotten worse over the years. When they first opened up. I loved it. Now it SUCKS. There gel nail polish chip. There color selection is HORRIBLE. Oh and let me not forget how they tried to rip off my 14 year old. Long story short she went in to get her toes done which should of been $15. She calls me and say they told her its $28. I go in to see what the hell is going on and the lady say oh i gave her sea salt. I said did she ask for that she tells me oh i guess she wanted it. Then gonna have the nerve to tell me she was going to do a design. I ask my daughter did she ask for any of that and she was like no i just asked for a pedicure. I ask the lady why is she doing extra and she tell me she guessed my daughter wanted it. So i tell her i guess you’ll be doing it for FREE. Cause no one told you to guess all she asked for was a pedicure. That was the straw that broke the camels back. Haven’t been back since and would not recommend them to anyone"
