"My mother got her lip and jaw waxed, the thing is, they are so unprofessional. They don’t even have a room for waxing. They just throw you in an office chair in front of everyone and start waxing. They don’t prep the skin or anything. 2 days later my mom’s face started peeling and was red a swollen. Never coming back."
