"Besides having an appt for a repair, fill and pedi and only getting a pedi after two hours- had to wait for over an hour for even my pedi- she cut my nails entirely too short, bruising on my foot, paid for the massage that was supposed to be 15 minutes- it was 3, treated incredibly rudely. When tired to express concerns with the owner, she began to yell at me stating I did not wait that long- which I actually did- check the cameras, charged way more than I ever paid for a pedi there, never did get my hands or eyebrows done- after being there over two hours and 30 minute pedi at best- and the owner told me it was my fault I didn’t get my nails because I didn’t want to continue to wait. The polish on my big toe is bubbled- and not painted straight and my toes hurt from being bruised and cut so short."
