"the first time i went here it was great, they were very sweet. i just went tonight, i called for an appointment and when i arrived at my appointment time i had waited ten minutes before leaving to grab something to eat and coming back when they werent too busy. then i picked out a flower design from one of their choices and they told me they didnt know how to do that one, so i said nevermind just forget the design. she refused and said just let me design your nail, so i gave her a chance and it looked horrible. i told her i wanted red flowers and she starts painting black lines all over my nails. i told her to take it off because i didnt like it and asksd for the extra money i paid for the design. they charge for “shaping” your nails, they were very rough, and didnt seem to care about my opinion. i will definitely not be going back."
