"My biggest issue with this location is the fact that they always lie to you; no matter how long the wait is they tell you it's only a 10 minute wait... but really it's about a 10-20 minute wait until they can seat you down and then you can wait up to another 30 mins (this has happened to me several times over the past 3 years) before they even start on your nails. I keep thinking maybe things have changed so I'll give them another chance, but nope, no more coming here."
