"I Pay for Attention to my Nails. I did not get it. I went in for a pedicure. Someone named 'Won'/'Juan' started doing what I hoped would be a good job. He then turned on his phone to literally watch a video! He would stop and stall during the massage. He was looking at his phone! I will not return. I paid for a service and was cheated. This technician literally had his phone's video distracting him during my entire pedicure."
