"The place is clean and they do a decent job. The services are overpriced even for Great Neck. I have been coming here on and off for a couple of years, and honestly while the staff is generally pleasant, I find the manager to be not particularly client-centered. I frequently get a back message while my nails dry (I get migraines and the massage is like half the reason I get my nails done), I had stopped coming here because all too often when I would request a back massage, they would say they didn't have time because 'other people are waiting.' Today I decided I would ask ahead of time prior to getting my nails done so that I would know upfront if the option existed, OR if I should just go somewhere else. The manager said 'yes' when I requested said 10 minute back massage, but as the nail person attempted to initiate said massage, the manager stated that there was 'no time.' Honestly, I have never had another nail place refuse a paying customer this sort of common request that is offered by nail places everywhere. I won't be coming back. It's just a rude lack of courtesy, and for these ridiculous prices, courtesy is really the least they could offer."
