"They do a good job but the english incredibly bad. If you call ahead and book something when you get there they have no idea what you asked for. Which means when they start you also have to make sure that everyone understands or else you get a fat bill at the end with things you never asked for. One tip costs $5 which seems insane especially when you call ahead asking for a nail fill and they have no idea what that is. You have to say “FILLING!” Not “nail fill”. Seems like a pretty straight forward request for a salon to me 🤷🏼‍♀️.Some of the staff are really lovely and others are incredibly rude. I’m giving them a 3 because Chloe is so good, they salon is super clean, not cluttered and it’s peaceful, meaning you don’t have to endure other people’s converstaions on loud speaker. However there millions of salons. I can’t say I’d hurry back."
