"I've consistently come to Dainty's Nails during my lunch break and have never experienced a wait longer than 20min. The staff is nice, and overall the location is very clean. Overall my experience with Dainty Nails has been positive.Unfortunately, my last visit was not. I understand as a walk-in appointments take priority. After being told several times that I'd be seen soon I determined that after an hour of waiting and seeing an appt. wait a total of 10 minutes before me reflects that the staff does not respect my time.I'm highly disappointed and must reconsider my mani/pedi location.I'm sorry Dainty's. I hope that in the future you properly communicate with your customers."
