"I went to DK Nails for a quick shellac manicure and was disappointed. The quality of the manicure was good but when trimming my cuticles, the employee cut a large part of my finger. It was bleeding quite heavily and she barely acknowledged it. The only thing she said was, “Oh, I’m sorry. I got you a bit.” She later proceeded to push a q-tip with nail polish remover right onto the open skin. Now, I have to worry about an infection. It was nice and quick but due to that one mistake, I don’t believe I will be returning."
