"Waited for an hour and a half to get my nails done... Mimi told me she woukd do it after my daughter. When it was my turn she told me she was closed... mind u I SAT RIGHT THERE for OVER an hour and we called ahead of time to ASK if she had time. She said yes, come down. I was LIVID. Will NEVER go back."
